Hsin Yeow's thoughts: 情人 (Lover)

In Ruby's words:

J是个好人，是个努力上进的人。结婚之后，我会尽我最大的努力去保护我们的婚姻。我有信心我们会长久的，会幸福的

(Jarrett is a good guy, one who's hardworking and seeks to improve himself. I will my best to protect our marriage. I'm confident we will be happy together, for a long long time)

Well, I'd like to add "good-natured" and "cool" to Jarett's list of traits. I met Jarrett for the first time an hour before the solemnisation ceremony. Despite sweating buckets and looking slightly stressed, he impressed me for being really polite and calm under the humidity and pressure.

Ruby contacted me a week before their wedding, and she wanted a singer-musician who could provide some entertainment for her guests. She was a joy to work with, very understanding and accommodating. Plus, she has a generous heart.

"I spoke with my fiance. We will go with what you proposed, including the sound system, guitarist and MC service. I have one requirement. Because we already spent on the ROM gathering, I don't want my fiance to feel so much stress. I will pay for the band myself. Please don't let him know how much I paid, okay? Thanks."

Ruby and Jarrett solemnised their wedding outdoors, at a cosy bar on Sentosa's Palawan Beach. Called Bora Bora Bar, it's a beautiful place to be if you wish to soak up the sun and have some fun at the beach.


I was really glad to have found the right person for her. I've known Tian Yao for a long time, and I've always thought he'd be a great wedding performer. He's comfortable singing in English and Mandarin; he's eloquent; he also has mean guitar skills.

Tian Yao had great fun that night, and he told me that the guests enjoyed the live music. From Ruby's compliments below, I've no doubt Tian Yao did a great job in entertaining the guests, and creating that "great night, and a great memory"!

A Little Dream is definitely the band you can trust for your wedding.

I contacted them only a week before my ROM day. but they still did an excellent job! They arrived to my ROM place on time and set up everything for me.

My husband and I pretty much didn't waste any time on the audio and music part. They helped to control the music for the whole event too. and our singer Tianyao is very good performer and singer.

I still remember that he sang Alex Toh's 情人 (Lover). It's very romantic and sweet. It's a great night, and a great memory for me. Thanks a lot!
