Call me an Idol fan if you will, because I do enjoy watching the programme. Have been following the series since Season 2, although my viewing patterns have shifted noticeably, from watching every episode on TV to scouring for videos online.

Still, the wealth of talent is amazing, and it is a constant source of inspiration for me. Not only did the show introduce me to many beautiful songs, it taught me to constantly think of how to interpret a song creatively.

Oh, what can I say about Fantasia that hasn't been said? She made Paula cry with her rendition of this song; I, too, was a wreck by the time the song ended.
