Bevlyn's thoughts: (I Love You) For Sentimental Reasons

I was looking forward to this wedding because there were 3 musicians to back me up - Matthew on keyboard, Boon Chye on sax, and Feri on guitar - which meant that the music would be a force to reckon with for the evening!

For this wedding, I have to thank Gabriel Mendes for recommending us to Steffen and Elisa. Gabriel was their AD photographer, and hence that gave me the second reason to look forward to the wedding i.e. great photos. But I didn't know that I would be bumping into another of my favourites - Yang from Yang Substance! Incidentally, the pre-wedding shots were by another of my favourites - Eadwine. It was also my first time chancing upon a professional female emcee whom Steffen had engaged before he had known about us. Ivy was this fiesty lady who had no qualms about leading the Yum-seng procession at the top of her voice (without the mic). We were really amazed!

We were glad that the guests responded with appreciative applause when we perform classics like Besame Mucho, Sway and Cheek to cheek. Thank you Steffen and Elisa for having us at your wedding! And, Elisa was simply breath-taking that evening (see photo below)!

It has been great to have you on our wedding as well!!. Have been really busy with overseas friends and getting our visa for our honeymoon ready (pretty last minute).

Have great feedback from lots of colleagues, ex colleagues, friends, etc...that it was a great performance that night. I guess you wowed the crowd...too bad we didnt' get to see you sing that much.
